Re: Jon
Saddled up the Total Gym last night. I felt good finally. Deep knee bends, shoulder press, lat pull down/biceps curl, seated row, inverted curls, skull crushers. I feel pretty well this evening.
I went to the docs, for my three month pain management. The elevator was down. I climbed three stories pretty quickly then felt like I was having a cardiac event. No, I forgot I had my Outfield (the band) mask on. It is thick. I was training for altitude, at altitude. Do not try that at home kids.
Dentist tomorrow. And a workout day.

Re: Jon
Sound advice. I imagine they would have found me sprawled out on the steps.

Re: Jon
I woke at 4:00 AM. So, I wandered to the "exercise room and put a workout in. The usual leg press, then: lat pull down/biceps curls, inverted lateral raise (just on level 2, I was not going to redo my shoulder for another 2 weeks), pullovers, seated row, and inverted curls. Felt good. But, I woke to early, 3:30 is still six hours way. (Quitting time...).

Re: Jon
I have a nightly workout after midnight but the time varies quite a bit. Generally when I can psyche myself up for it.

Re: Jon
On my way to Ogden for my grand-daughter's first birthday.. Ogden, the Detroit of the Mountain West.
This afternoon I did the more strenuous effort of my week:
Level 5 Squats: 1x100
Level 3 Shoulder Press: 4x12
Level 5 Lat Pull Down/Biceps Curl: 5x12
Level 5 Seated Row: 4x12
Level 3 Skull Crusher: 4x10
Level 3 Inverted Curl: 4x12
First week with 3 workouts since my trip to Phoenix. Good pump to.

Re: Jon
Focused on the recumbent Monday. Twenty five minutes. Then deep knee bends, inverted lateral raise, lat pull down, biceps curls, pull overs.
Probably the best shoulder exercise I have done is the inverted lateral raise.
