Looks like this is the end...
Oh wait, that's Underdog.
But, unfortunately I'm in for some lifestyle changes I think. I only have one kidney (which we've known all along). One doc puts me on Celebrex. The insurance company turns me down so he says take Naproxen, basically it's the same thing. So, for the last year and a half I have been taking Naproxen, one a day, two on days if I feel "discomfort", but it works. I went to an internal specialist. My kidney is "slowing down". (Must have been turning 45 that did it". Nothing to be alarmed about, but the only meds he wants me on are my blood pressure and cholestorol meds. No Naproxen, no Celebrex, etc.
I am still active, and working out regularly, but now I feel like I've been hit by a Mack truck after workouts. Aspirin eases the intensity, but not too much.
I played basketball Monday and haven't stopped limping.
I guess I'll be fairly picky about what exercises I do from now on. The Bullworker still keeps me toned and mostly pain free.
Aging, God's joke on mortals.
