i'd bet they're failures at muscle building. how can they be otherwise? they spend their time on the web fussing with each other when they should be in the gym.

THERE ARE 2 EXERCISE I LIKE BODY WEIGHT TYPE

ONE IS PULLING DOWN ON A MAKE BELIEVE ROPE

THIS FOR ME WORKED THE PECS LATS ABB PLUS ARM MUSCLES



THE OTHER LOOKS LIKE THE UPRIGHT ROW

GREAT FOR DELTS AND LATS TRAPS AND OTHER BACK MUSCLES

My favorite is the finger pull one.

PULL ONE TO KNEE TO CHEST AND RESEST EACK WAY

BUT WHEN I DO I PULL MY LOWER BACK OUT SO I USE THE ONE ON THE FLOOR

OR YOU CAN CHANGE TO SITTING IN A CHAIR AND DOING
