i still enjoy watching that video. i wish they would bring it back out at atlas ltd. i have it taped but would like to get the dvd. gave my copy away a long time ago and didn't get another in time.

Carefully reading through the Charles Atlas course, it is amazing how many "modern concepts" were included in the course written way back when. Grease the groove, Atlas said you could do mini workouts throughout the day in spare moments, or morning and evening workouts. A lot of diets are based on drinking a lot water, Atlas advised that long ago. Walking for fitness has been promoted for fitness in recent times, again, this was advised by Atlas in his course.
