Water in the AM
One of the last posts lugene, in the PI, put up on the old Atlas forum was on a Japanese water regimen. In short, drink 16 to 20 oz. of water first thing in the morning. I've been doing that since he put it up. It is very refreshing, and helps rehydrate you after going about 7-8 hrs. without any fluids. It helps get other things going too. I've seen this pop up in other articles over these past few years. Has anyone else done this. I give it 2 thumbs up.

Re: Water in the AM
several years ago i was doing that but somehow got away from it and forgot about it. i first read about it in a privately published little book from the 1920's. the guy was from the city i live in. i gave the little book away years ago but now i recognize it as a tremendous little book. thank you for bringing that back to my memory.

Re: Water in the AM
I HAVE TO GET BACK INTO THE "HEALTH CULTURE" MIND-SET AGAIN. IN BONOMOS BOOK HE SPEAKS OF "RESOLVE." IN THE ATLAS COURSE HE SPEAKS OF "RESOLVE." IT IS ABOUT TIME I SHOW SOME "RESOLVE" AGAIN!
