Start to run Wednesday


Well, starting Wednesday, will start running again and will also do some bodyweight as well for a seperate workout aside from my weights. Will keep the same schedule as my weight sessions M/F/W/M/F/W. Will know Wednesday if I finally have my Heavy Duty system fine tuned. Just waiting on results from my squats. Deadlifts went up 3 reps again on Friday. My program looks like this:
Monday:
Squats
Military Presses
Hang Cleans
Reverse Grip Pulldowns
Abs
Calves
Friday:
Deadlift
Incline press supersetted with flat dumbbell flyes
High Pull
Yates Rows
Wednesday:
Repeat Last Monday's workout
Monday:
Repeat last Friday's workout
After two warm up sets, I do 1 set to total and utter failure. I got lite headed Friday after my all out set of deads, to show what complete failure is all about. This coming Wednesday, as a seperate workout, I will do a run/bodyweight combo if possible afetr a couple of hours rest from my Heavy Duty workout. I may have to space out my run/bodyweight workout, lol! I am sure I will, the pig I have became again, haha! In a couple of months, will add heavy bag to the mix once again. Then, a couple months after that, sparring.
