Bullworker this morning, 2.26.2018. Three minutes or so. I did not push to hard. Or pull. See you tomorrow.

Re: Jon

Sunday night, Yoga Sweat, about 21 minutes. Hips are a bit stiff this morning. A lot of planks, and static leg holds. Not to promote sacrilege, but a lot of moves in these home yoga systems are pretty familiar to the Atlas course movements.

We had a huge snow storm Saturday and Sunday. Winter has arrived late in the Teton/Yellowstone eco system. (We had Spring in January/first half of February, now winter is here in force...) Yesterday morning I could not sleep, at about 4:00 AM I took the "Wolf Dog" (German Shepherd) for a ride. I slid off the road at 4:30. It was going to be a quick "jaunt" so I did not have my phone or wallet. I sat for almost 2 hours before someone found me. I thought about walking, but fortunately I decided to stay with the car. (Fuel and a heater...) The dog took it well, and fortunately the sheriff did not make fun of me for not having my phone, or driver's license... She could have ticketed me. The driver of the wrecker who pulled me out did not even charge me. Apparently I was lucky, they had several accidents, car vs. car, and car vs. power poles. I just ended up in a potato field. And the sheriff who stayed with me until the wrecker arrived was a very attractive young lady. The things I will do to get the attention of attractive young ladies. emoticon

Re: Jon

Last evening, 03.05.2018 I performed a Yoga Strength workout. I am not very flexible and these workouts (As well as Yoga Sweat) are more about holding poses instead of twisitng and trying to touch my buttocks with my forehead.

Anyway, I am glad I did. I was pretty stiff after Sunday's workout. I feel pretty good today.

If you want to know what my county looks like, and why it took two hours to get hunted down by a county worker who's job it is on snowy days to find morons who have slid off the road, here is a quick glimpse:

https://www.co.madison.id.us/

Probably 80% of the 39,000/40,000 people live here, live in Rexburg city limits.

If I recall correctly Paul Kruger is from Rexburg. He was a member of the undefeated Utah team that went 13-0 and thumped Alabama in the Sugar Bowl.

The Crimson Tide has been a little greedy over the past decade.
