One of the side effects I get from doing squats, or leg press, is foot pain. I forgot about that, and earlier this week, when I was having foot pain I realized it was from doing the SS squats. I am not into foot pain that much, so as I am getting older I guess I need to adapt. That is one reason why I started doing the BBY routine again. It is frustrating.

Good Morning,

Classic Bullworker workout. Three minutes. Fairly "light" since this is my first resistance workout in a couple of weeks.

I might go for a second workout tomorrow, seeing how I feel. I should be OK.

Saturday February 10:

SuperSlow

Soloflex Leg Press with weights and shock rings 120 seconds
Soloflex Incline Press 120 Seconds with weights 120 seconds
Soloflex Lateral Raise 5 lbs weight discs 90 Seconds
Soloflex Behind Neck Press 20 lbs. dics 90 Seconds
Soloflex Barbell Curl 20 lbs 120 Seconds

Not a lot of weight on these, but working my way in. Muscle soreness this morning (Monday), but very tolerable.

Now, on Friday, payday, I will start a low glycemic diet. (I hate brown rice and wheat bread...)

Let's see how this "takes off".

I think I am going to add weight to each exercise come Saturday.

I do to. I have gone from 34 to 36 pants. I want to stay away from 38. emoticon
