Well,
I have been rather lax with eating, and exercise. My weight is creeping up, and I am getting weak. So, hopefully, this morning I start the No S Diet, again. I have already used the Bullworker. As always I just hold the compression for 8 seconds. I also did a wall-sit.

I wince when I see my physique in the mirror. As I can no longer exercise my weight has gone up considerable. I began a diet today so hopefully I will shed some "tonnage" before warm weather returns.

OK,
A five-minute workout this morning. Used the Bullworker, added a 35 second wall-sit. I am going to try to keep my carbs from 60-90 grams a day. Let us see if I have such will power.

Soloflex workout Saturday morning. I bit uncomfortable yesterday. But, I feel better today. I think I must stick with swimming and the Bullworker for now.

This morning I put in a 3 minute Bullworker workout with a 40 second wall sit. A got a nice pump out of it and will put in another workout tomorrow before Wing Chun.

Good job Jon. I am living a Physical Culture lifestyle but have had to replace workouts with therapy exercises.
