Not to vigorously yet. I still have wind. I am getting a speed bag set up as well. Unfortunately, it makes my shoulder hurt, deep in the socket on my left side. I have an old "heavy rope" as well. If you remeber the 80's and Kareem Abdul Jabar advertising the "heavy rope". It is one of those. The things I have are bands (both the looped flat ones and the tubular), Jungle Gym XT, and Lifeline's chest expander. I also have a set of push up handles and an ab wheel. I began a resistance band workout at the beginning of the year and I prefer slow reps with them. I should have played it up. Was in Ogden for a week visiting my daughter and her husband. So, last night was my first Soloflex workout in 3 weeks. My wife is insisting we meet with him again, her being there next time, to see what is really up. I forgot most of it by the time I got home. But, the tone of the appointment was not puppies and balloons.
