Re: "Big Bruv" of England and his mates

All of us were members of The Charles Atlas Ltd forum and we have basically been communicating with each other since 2006. The original forum was started by three guys that were referred to as the 3 amigos. One was a guy named Chris, Mighty Mouse1974 on the Atlas forum, Rich, known as Atlasman, and a guy named James. Rich and James passed away in 2011. My name is Gary and I was Physical Culturist on the Atlas Forum. The regulars here are mothom, Ian, Bob, (not the Bob this forum is named for). Jon, and myself. I will let these guys introduce themselves.

Re: "Big Bruv" of England and his mates

In 2007 Rich's mom was diagnosed with cancer. My wife was finishing up her treatments for stage 4 cancer. Rich asked my wife to call his mom and talk to her about that. My wife called his mom up and we continued calling her up about every other month until she passed away in 2011. We would also write back and forth to one another. I had the opportunity to talk with Rich several times. James called me up on a Sunday and we had a nice talk. The following week he had a heart attack and passed away. I was glad I had a chance to talk to him. Ironically, Rich had a faulty heart as well and that eventually took his life.

That's life. We've lost a few beloved posters on my forum. None of us are getting any younger.

Welcome aboard Bruce. I'm the Bob who isn't "the Bob". I've always used RPR as my name on forums. Besides the atlas forum I used to go on a strand pulling forum too. I've visited your sites, but I don't know if I ever joined one. Didn't you also create a chest expander set?

hey bruv! I post on henry's forum, and shen's forums (I think) as armholdmusclehugger. when reg park had a forum, I posted there as fireant. armholdmuscle hugger is a BBer in the old beetlejuice cartoons. and as mothom, i'm the same mothom that you knew over at the atlas forum. i'm older now though. I don't post much anywhere else anymore but here . i'm just too pressed for time. I post some on marlo's forum, but not often.

I remember the name mightymouse1974. I also remember James Flavin.
