The Incredible Hulk
i noticed the other day that lou ferrigno is no longer built like the incredible hulk. he's built more like charles atlas now. his arms are "skinny." i heard him say he had two hip replacements and two knee replacements. he said it runs in the family. i guess lifting heavy weights for decades had nothing to do with it. and if he can't lift heavy any more, i guess there's no need for the PEDs.

Re: The Incredible Hulk
Frank Zane says now that if he had to do it all over he wouldn't lift heavy. You get too many injuries. He says he would use lighter weights and higher reps.
