Re: Jon
Caution is my middle name! Actually it is Jay, but in some other world Jay might mean caution?

Re: Jon
It might mean yellow.
Gearing up for my 3rd workout tomorrow. Although I might ski tomorrow, I could put in workout tonight, and ski tomorrow evening. The snow is back.

Re: Jon
Got my workout in this morning. Leg Press, Incline Press, Lateral Raise with 5 lbs. discs, Behind Neck Press (will probably switch to Military Press next week), Barbell Curls.
I went to failure on all of the exercises except the Leg Press, but I did have 160 seconds "under load". (As "they" call it. Or Time Under Tension.)
I think the next few days might be miserable. We will see.
You all have a good weekend.

Re: Jon
Yesterday was miserable. Maybe because it was 18* out, but it was miserable all the same.
I do believe I will return to the Bullworker, and start lightly with that, again. Unfortunate, I think there is value in the HIT routines, particularly using the 10/10 protocol. But, I cannot spend Sunday, Monday, and even Tuesday as sore as I have been the last three workouts.
Plus Sunday, while at church, it was discovered, just as it started, the group in charge of providing bread for the sacrament, did not supply it. I made it from church, to home, to church in 18 minutes. I guess I ran 200 yards plus a flight of stairs. I thought my heart was going to stop when I got to the top of the stairs.
So, starting today, light Bullworker workouts to start.
See you tomorrow.

Re: Jon
I think often time it is better to go with your gut instinct on what workouts you do on any given day. Nowadays I would go bonkers if I had to follow the Atlas Course as it is planned out. It would be much to stifling.
