I am glad you posted this Jon. I am targeting Monday as to try and begin working out again after more than 3 months off. Telling how you could barely move is a good reminder for me to start out very slow.

That makes one debate whether working out is good for you or not. Of course in the long run we know that exercise is a good thing to take regularly.

Woke at 3:30 this AM. Did the Yoga Sharpen workout on Body by Yoga. It is about 20 minutes. I feel pretty good stil at 6 AM. I need to remind myself that some movement/strength training during the day is good. I might do the Stretch routine after piano tonight,
I am bit disturbed how fast I "broke down" over the last week and a half since I exercised. The first week I felt good. This last half week I could feel the slow creep of crapiness.
