Re: Jon

Well thank you!

I felt very good last evening, so I added a Soloflex workout to the afternoon. I feel pretty good this AM. Weird stuff, same workout, no pain. I wish I could figure our why the morning after a workout I can barely move, but then do the same workout again, and feel great the next day?

You all have a good day.

Re: Jon

Bullworker Classic this morning. Not as spectacular as previous workouts. I am also starting to use one of those "sun lamps". Not the tanning type, but the "wake you up" type.

I was thinking, if you all get tires of these updates, let me know. I am not boasting, but along with davedraper.com, this is where I keep my workout journals. the DD frequenters, seem less impressed witht the Bullworker workouts. That is more of a power lifting/kettlebell crowd.

I enjoy getting your updates Jon. They help me (or shame me), into staying focused on what I need to do. I very much appreciate them.

Re: Jon

I felt eerily well this morning when I got up.

So, why not ruin a good thing and use the Bullworker! emoticon

I did a full body Bullworker workout plus a 35 second wall sit.

I am hoping to pick up a ski pass this Fall, and from past experience, the wall sit gets your legs in ski shape better than any exercise I have done. about 10 years ago I jogged, and jogged to get ready for ski season. I could barely make it down the hill. A fellow I know said, "Do wall sits instead.!"

Viola! pretty soon I had ski legs. I learned a very good lesson. Not long after that I read Bode Miller would do 15 minute wall sits to get his ski legs. I will never do a 15 minute wall sit, but you get the drift.

Nothing new, except my PSA test came back elevated. So that is under watch and monitor. I go back in six weeks for another test.

See you all later!

Re: Jon

I need to add wall sits to my workout. I use to do them years ago and I have no explanation as to why I stopped doing them. Good luck with your PSA numbers. I hope they improve before you return to the doctor.

Re: Jon

A fullbody Bullworker workout this morning. No wallsits. I will repeat the Bullworker tomorrow and add the wallsit then.

MLB beat the NBA yesterday in ratings. I imagine they beat Monday Night Football as well. That should get John Gruden shaking and spitting.

Re: Jon

Good job Jon. My wife is seeing three doctors now. When things settle down I will jump back in with enthusiasm. Monday Night Football tanked in the ratings which brought me a good deal of satisfaction.
