Bruce Randall

On I go with the bios.

My first Diversified Products weight set, plastic oribitron discis. One-hundred fourty pounds of cement encased in a plastic shell.

I spent everyday doing curls and bench press. My body weight jumped from 120 to 125.

But, with my set, bought at a local Sears, came a program developed by Bruce Randall. Does anyone remember him?

i remember him. i remember the weights and the "program." all they did for me was make my blood veins stick out, and made me a little stronger. the weights belonged to my brother.

I don't remember him, but I had two 25 lb plates that were plastic coated, but I think they were iron and not cement. I didn't get huge, but seeing some of my pictures in my senior year book I had a pretty good athletic build. I was a swimmer and loved playing basketball and soccer, so I'm sure that had a lot to do with that besides the weights.

I enjoyed that immensely. Too bad bodybuilding had to go astray.
