Last night was leg raises, bench, lat pull downs (palms facing inward), behind neck press, triceps extension, and leg press.

I strained a muscle in my right latissimus last week doing Roman Chair, so I have been gingerly working around that. Knee and leg raises have been my only option for trunk work. I cannot do body curls.

The palm in lat pulldown I prefer, maybe because Mike Mentzer said that it was not only for the lats, but the best biceps exercise. I do not know if that is factual or not, but now it is habit.

Good morning. The insomniac is up and ready for his Soloflex. I have been off a week. I have done some sun bathing, watched 3 seasons of Magnum PI, started the Equalizer, and used the Bullworker a couple of times. Heading to Ogden today (the Detroit of the Mountain West).

Up in Banff. The resort here has a fitness center stocked vintage Universal weight machines. I feel like I am a freshman in hs again.

Leg press
Bench press
Lat pull down/biceps curl
Dumbbell shrugs
Seated military press
Triceps extension
Leg raises

And between Lake Coeur d'Alene and Banff, I have walked more than I have in the last 2-3 years.

Of all things, the fitness room was closed this morning. So, I did a full body Bullworker workout, plus a Power Twister workout of 4 sets of ten. Off to Idaho!
