Re: Jon

I felt a bit energetic yesterday. During the evening I added a Soloflex workout to the earlier Bullworker affair. I did not go hard, except on prone lat/curl pulldown. I tried to load the picture, but no go. You lie on the bench,, the bar is elevated do to the elastimers, and the you curl it down to your sternum.

I need to add, my cholesterol and triglycerides are out of site. I have been cutting carbs, and upped my fat intake (clinically, higher fat, low carb blasts cholesterol and trygliceride levels to where the should be). However, that gives me incredible indigestion. So, yours truly is giving vegetarianism a shot. You all can laugh at me, that is good, because even I, the guy who loves beef (and hates chicken and fish) is laughing at himself. My wife thinks it is funny. But, let us see how it goes.

No soreness today.

Re: Jon

In the past I have turned to vegetarianism for extended periods of time. It did seem to help on my endurance as far as long distance running and such. That might be just the thing you need to get your numbers where you want them to be.

Re: Jon

Bullworker workout this morning.

The vegan diet fell to the wayside hits week. A lot of company, and to be frank, I just plain ate more. So, after everyone leaves by Sunday, we will see how I want to approach veganism. I think that veganism/vegetarianism and low carb have one major concept in place - the lack of sugary foods and processed foods. Notice I said concept, a person can live on chips and Pepsi, and be a vegan.

So, you might not hear from me until next week.

I do not no if I have mentioned this, but I have discovered Pickleball. I had not idea what it was until last week. (I was looking for senior games and weightlifting. Senior games do not have weightlifitng, but they do have Pickleball.)

See you later.

Re: Jon

Well, morning!

Summer school. And no, summer school is not like that Mark Harmon movie with Courtney Thorne Smith.

I have started jumpimng rope. Just a hundred skips, but I have a new swim card, so, I will be paddling in the near future.

Time to start cleansing with the chlorine and using the Bullworker.

Golfed yesterday, and then played Pickleball. I am not sore.
